Through the tradition of Saint Raphael the Archangel and the healing power of God, the Divine Mercy Church Eucharistic Ministers for the Homebound (EMH) brings the real presence of Christ through the Sacrament of Holy Communion and Sacred Scriptures to our homebound parishioners. Nourished by these sacred gifts, we confidently believe in this lasting remedy for body and soul. We have the mission to develop and provide the formation of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion for the homebound of our faith community. They will share a ministry that precedes the healing grace of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.
